1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 27phfun website, creating a player account, or using any service provided by 27phfun (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 27phfun Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. 27phfun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification materially affects your rights or obligations, 27phfun will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 27phfun Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicate purpose;
• You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion with 27phfun or any affiliated platform;
• You have not been identified as a person subject to a PAGCOR exclusion order or equivalent regulatory restriction.

27phfun reserves the right to request documentary verification of your age, identity, and eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 27phfun account at any time. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 27phfun shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You agree to notify 27phfun immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

27phfun conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Verification may be triggered upon registration, upon reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at 27phfun's discretion. Withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. Documents requested may include a valid government ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the 27phfun Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 27phfun does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There is no currency conversion applied to player accounts.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

27phfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 27phfun reserves the right to implement limits on individual accounts subject to KYC status and regulatory requirements.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. 27phfun does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payout requests. Players may be required to withdraw via the same method used for deposit in the first instance.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 27phfun reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱200 per month to dormant accounts after the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified prior to any fee deduction via their registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

27phfun offers various bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers ("Promotions") from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the applicable Promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the Promotion. Unused or unmet bonus funds will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period;
• 27phfun reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time, amend its terms, or void bonus awards where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected;
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will forfeit any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings generated from that bonus.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 27phfun Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, under real-time observable conditions with physical cards, wheels, or dice. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action, system configuration, or 27phfun staff.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during a game round, 27phfun reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account balance. Displayed jackpot amounts are indicative; in the event of a display discrepancy caused by a system error, the amount recorded in 27phfun's server logs shall be the definitive figure.

Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any external tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited. 27phfun employs fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately, and any winnings accrued through automated means will be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 27phfun Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits, self-exclusion measures, or KYC verification procedures;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or exploiting promotional offers;
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to play on your account, or acting as an agent for other players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in multi-player games;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other circumvention tools to mask your location or identity;
• Introducing malicious code, conducting unauthorised penetration testing, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 27phfun Platform, including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of 27phfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of 27phfun.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 27phfun and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

27phfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 27phfun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 27phfun's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

27phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Your own written request for account closure.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML review. 27phfun will endeavour to process such returns within fourteen (14) business days of closure confirmation.

11. Responsible Gaming

27phfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and best industry standards. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable via Account Settings;
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders displayed when a session exceeds a specified duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming results during active sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period;

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with 27phfun through our customer support team. 27phfun will endeavour to address and resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

13. Amendments

27phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendment will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting player rights will be notified to registered players via the Platform notification system or registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
